DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE provides print and design services, including but not limited to graphic design, custom printing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

3. Orders

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or potential fraud.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept Credit / Debit cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made within 14 hours of placing the order. Refunds will only be issued if the order has not yet been processed.

4. Artwork and Design

Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete artwork and design specifications. DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE is not responsible for errors in provided artwork.
Proofing: A digital proof will be provided for your review before printing. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof. Once approved, we will not be liable for any errors in the final product.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control. DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE is not liable for any delays in delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain ownership of any artwork or designs you provide. By submitting artwork, you grant DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE a license to use the artwork for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Original Designs: Any original designs created by DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE are the property of DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DARK TIMES COLLECTIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any products purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by UK laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in court.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
